Goslyn is a Baltimore raised entrepreneur.  Born on the island of Trinidad, he came to the United States and was educated through the Baltimore Catholic School System.  He graduated Class Salutatorian from Calvert Hall College High School and moved onto West Virginia University. 

 

After college Goslyn returned to Baltimore, working at Sparrows Point with his father’s local union. From there he started a career in Property Management.  His experience is varied from holding positions as a Leasing Consultant, On-Site Property Manager, and Regional Operations Manager of National Multifamily Companies.  He has managed assets across multiple states including Maryland, DC, Delaware, Virginia, and Massachusetts.   He has managed assets including HUD, Senior, Conventional Luxury, and Student Housing.  Goslyn is a registered Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Tax Credit Specialist, and Certified Visual Lead Inspector through the Maryland Department of the Environment.
